Jeffrey Althoff is a skilled professional, hunter, and community member residing in St. Paul, Minnesota. Since April 2020 he has been working as both the President and Co-Owner for Home Grown Outfitters as well as the President and Co-Owner for Love The Grind TV.
Growing up, Jeffrey Althoff spent a lot of time involved in athletics; in high school he was involved in three different sports and – after graduating – he continued to play baseball throughout his college years. Spending his formative years as an athlete and team member helped him develop a deep appreciation for teamwork, drive, and dedication.
In his career, Jeffrey Althoff also spent more than four years with Ecolabs, working his way up from Senior Financial Analyst to Finance Manager and eventually Controller for International Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Prior to joining Ecolab, Jeffrey worked with UnitedHealth Group in Minnetonka, Minnesota, where he began in 2011 as a Financial Analyst for FP&A before stepping into the role of Senior Financial Analyst and eventually holding the role of Financial Consultant for FP&A).
